There will be hundreds of things to do, see, feel, touch, buy and experience, from super shopping, perfect pampering, dynamic dieting, adventurous advice, marvellous makeovers, exciting experts, flattering fashion and fun fitness regimes; all the healthy ingredients to one of the happiest days of your life.
For the more active, the Zest Yoga Studio will be running hourly yoga sessions whilst personal trainers will be on hand at the Go For It Challenge to give advice from how to incorporate exercise into daily life to preparing for a marathon! For a one to one consultation with trained health professionals, you can drop by the BUPA Health Assessment Centre and get a free health check.
If relaxation is more your thing, visit The Oasis where for discounted prices you can experience a range of alternative therapy techniques including aromatherapy massage and facial reflexology. Scholl are also running a relaxation lounge where you can be pampered by reflexologists to give your feet a well earned rest. Finally, treat yourself to a glass of bubbly from the Eve Champagne Bar or have a laugh in the Happiness Theatre.
