excerciseshop Launches Cardiovibe

Recently established excerciseshop has launched Cardiovibe, a unique cross training style class for four to eight people.  Cardiovibe is a combination of challenging cardiovascular exercise in the form of spinning, rowing and treadmill, and includes vibrogym (Powerplate) training.
 
excerciseshop launched at the end of August in London’s St Johnswood and not only has a comprehensive fitness studio, but also has an on-site medical team, including a resident GP and osteopath, and offers sports massage and nutritional advice.
